KMŠ Publishing House – The House of Books was established in 2008 and has thus far published more than 40 books, mostly literature in translation. An important part of its publishing programme is also comic books. The collection Knjigoljub is designed for young readers who are making the first steps towards reading independently. The featured books are divided into three difficulty levels, each of them concluding with reading puzzles to enhance their understanding. Every child who reads three books receives a diploma.

The publishing house also organises literary evenings, such as those during the Lent Festival, press conferences, book presentations, and workshops for children.
