Klub Zakon, situated in the centre of Vrhnika, is the headquarters of Klub vrhniških študentov (Club of Vrhnika students) and at the same time a youth club, which offers concerts, DJ events, art exhibitions, theatre performances, film nights, transmissions of sports matches, "Jamsession" music workshops, workshops for children, photography and painting courses and other activities. The club also has a reading corner for comics (and magazines) enthusiasts.
