{{Teaser| The Minka Skaberne Library for the blind and visually impaired, Slovenia's only Braille library, was established in 1918 as its roots date back to World War I, when many soldiers returned home from the battlefields with impaired eyesight. In August 2014, the library moved to a new location in the very centre of Ljubljana. Besides the storage and lending of books and other materials, the library houses a modern sound studio, a gallery, a theatre hall and a reading room, thus becoming the new cultural centre
