Established in 2005, the Tanja Pak Glass Design gallery and studio space was originally named as Glesia Gallery. It is devoted to promoting glass as a medium of expression and raising awareness of its aesthetic value.

It permanently features the works of its owner Tanja Pak, renowned Slovenian high-end glass designer and artist who has, among others, received the international Red Dot Honorable Mention Design Award (2008 and 2009), the National Design Award (2011) and the Arte Laguna Prize (2019).

During its first years the Glesia Gallery occasionally hosted also other established sculptors who work in other materials and exhibits their glass art.
