The first festival was organised in Ptuj and presented 10 productions from an initial 40. The second Visions Festival of 2007 was held in Maribor and involved the presentation of 8 productions from Slovenia and 1 production from Hungary. Recently held in Nova Gorica, the festival's programme also includes international guest performances, theatre workshops, and a round table discussing the presented performances.
