Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space (PQ) 2015

In 1995 Slovenia took part in the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space (PQ) for the first time, featuring the work of stage director and set designer Meta Hočevar. Later on the National Theatre Museum of Slovenia organised participation of a number of acknowledged stage and costume designers working in Slovenia, e.g. Alan Hranitelj, Ema Kugler, Dunja Zupančič (Noordung Cosmokinetic Cabinet) and Belinda Radulović.

In June 2015 Meta Grgurović, JAŠA and Ana Savić Gecan create their installation Compressed Space vs. Extended Space, curated by Barbara Novakovič Kolenc, and set at the at Kafka's House, in the scope of the Shared Space: Music Weather Politics international exhibition.

A group of students from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana and Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT) presents the installation Silent Storm for the PQ Student Section at the Bethlehem Chapel - Lapidarium in Prague.

The Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space is produced by the Slovenian Theatre Institute and Muzeum Institute in cooperation with theatre houses and faculties, and supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia Prague.
