The [[Golden Drum Advertising Festival of New Europe]] is open to all agencies, advertisers and other parties involved in marketing communications in the countries of New Europe. The submission of each advert or other form of commercial speech by an agency, design or production house, client, media or other party involved in creation or production must be registered in one of the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Serbia and Montenegro. The festival includes the competition for the Golden Watch Award, which is open to all parties involved in advertising worldwide, with no geographical restrictions.
