Slovenian Days in Milan, organised by the Government Communication Office and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia Rome
Within the Office there are two divisions responsible for the communication with the domestic and international media, the Slovene and the foreign publics, for organising and conducting ministerial communications campaigns relating to the most important programme projects of the Government. The Government Communication Office also includes the General Affairs Service.
The Office provides general informative and promotional publications which present Slovenia. This material is mostly in English, although certain publications are produced in other languages in line with needs.
Since November 2004 the monthly magazine Sinfo Magazine has brought news from Slovenia on politics, environment, culture, business and sports, while a weekly e-newsletter Slovenia News brings short news, including also culture.
Culture.si offers information on Slovene cultural producers, venues, festivals and support services, all in one place. It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
