In 2010 the ARK Arhitektura Krušec received the prestigious Plečnik Award for the new Faculty of Biotechnology building. The award is bestowed annually by the Plečnik Fund, that grants also Plečnik Medals – in 2007 the team received the Plečnik Medal for the building of Alpine hotel Celjska koča.
