Creative Jazz Clinic Velenje was established in 2016 by Slovenian musician and teacher Jure Pukl, who was raised in Velenje, has resided in New York since 2013, and is widely regarded as one of the best young saxophonists in the world. The huge list of musicians he has collaborated with over the last two decades means that he has been able to attract many top names from the world of jazz to teach and perform at the clinic.
