The Austrian Science and Research Liaison Office (ASRLO) has offices in Brno, Ljubljana, and Sofia. The office offers support for scientists from Austria, Slovenia, and other countries of South Eastern Europe (SEE). Its main research interests are socio-economic transformation processes, national minorities, and the utilisation of modern information and telecommunication technologies in SEE. ASRLO Ljubljana facilitates and co-funds cross-border cooperation, co-organises scientific events and advises the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research on SEE.
