Selected cultural projects
In the field of arts and culture the Consulate General of the Republic of Slovenia New York regularly collaborated with Slovene artists who reside in New York, including residents at the residential flat in Brooklyn supported by the Slovene Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fulbright Program grantees, performing arts students (jazz, acting, etc.) and other artists living in NYC and the USA. Kažipot
The consulate also distributes a monthly electronic newsletter called Kažipot with information on Slovene cultural events in the New York area, available for subscription by e-mail. Likewise, those wishing to list their Slovene cultural events or activities in the events newsletter can contact the consulate with their announcement.
