The Department for International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance's activities are divided among the International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance Sections and the Section for the Implementation of International Development and Humanitarian Assistance.

The Department is part of the Directorate for Economic Diplomacy and Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
