The online database eKumba also includes informations on several collections of special interest. For some of them the materials are being collected from the year 1946 when the Academy of Acting (predecessor of the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT)) was established. The oldest is the collection that includes materials (from esseys to doctoral dissertations, manuscripts, sketches of sets and costumes, photographies, etc.) about the artistic, research and pedagogical work of the AGRFT. One of the oldest is also the collection that preserves documents on Slovene partisan theatres during the second world war. Manuscripts and other legacy material by theatre and film directors, actors, historians, and former professors are also included in a separate collection. Furthermore we can search the collection with documents from two international institutions, The International Federation for Theatre Research (IFTR promotes collaboration and the exchange of information between individuals and organisations concerned with theatre research) and
Culture.si offers information on Slovene cultural producers, venues, festivals and support services, all in one place. It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
