Elastik aAchitecture has won several awards, including the two awards for invited competitions in China, both in collaboration with Buro II (2005), Elastik was responsible for the architectural design of the new Hotel Bellevue Amsterdam, opened in April 2005. Elastik has also presented its work at several exhibitions, including Architekturbox in Hamburg and ARCAM in Amsterdam. The studio itself also initiated and conceived the exhibition 'Half a Century in the History of a Chair - Rex' at the Museum of Modern Art Ljubljana in October 2004, and has set up numerous fashion design displays, eg handbags by Meta Grošelj and jewellery by Lara Bohinc at the London Fashion Week. Elastik was recently presented in Phaidon's 10x10_2, the second in a series of comprehensive overviews of contemporary architecture, which presented the work of 100 international architects.
