The Ethnographic Collection at Črna na Koroškem was opened in August 1978. Two years later in 1980 a Mining Collection on the Lead and Zinc Mine of Mežica was opened under the same management at nearby Rakeževe peči. The Ethnographic Collection consists of 230 exhibits and includes objects for everyday use, in particular from a peasant environment. Various pieces of interior furnishing (chests, clocks, tableware, etc) and tools present the living culture on farms in the environs of Črna during the past century. | The Ethnographic Collection at Črna na Koroškem was opened in August 1978.
