Free Internet access and use of ICT equipment enables the local population to become acquainted with new media and produce multimedia projects. To date several intermedia artistic projects and civil society programmes have been implemented via the Centre's social activities, workshops and entertainment programmes. The ''Klopotec.net'', a regional portal has been developed. |
