+ | The ProstoRož Association sprung into life as a spontaneous answer to the desire to explore and understand open city space. Its main goal is to bring the state and meaning of public space to general attention through small interventions, exhibitions, lectures and public discussions. The project often addresses neglected, remote areas, which are not put to any use, but could be transformed into dynamic and friendly spaces. Interventions are not mere artistic installations in public areas but also in-depth searching for new city planning options of space use. In their projects experts from various fields of spatial planning, architecture, landscape architecture, city planning, nature conservation, cultural heritage and tourism are involved. | ||
