In 2008 the space exhibited solo exhibition ''Mrežne strukture'' of [[Miha Štrukelj]], who the year later represented Slovenia on the Venice Biennial. In the beginning of 2007 the group exhibition ''Ctrl C'' presented art works questioning and reflecting the phenomena of artistic use of the digital copy and the digital original. This exhibition presented also the work of Slovene mediaart pioneer [[Vuk Ćosić]]. Photograph works of [[Bojan Radovič]], featured in the exhibition entitled [[On Photography]] [O fotografiji] in the beginning of 2009, opened many elementary questions on contemporary photography also about the role of the photographer working for artists as Radovič did for [[Roman Uranjek]] ([[Irwin]] and his project entitled ''Skopje 6.12. 2007''.

Recently Simulaker presented solo exhibitions of [[Luka Prinčič]], [[Sašo Vrabič]], and the complex project ''The Lovest'' of [[Jaša]] (Mrevlje), who offered for the opening specific micro utopia atmosphere, which that resulted a film and opened questions about provocations and manipulations of the (film) directors.

In spring 2009 the Gallery started to run the annual project ''The First Chance'' [Prva priložnost] with the aim to give the possibility to institutions of higher education and their best students. The first edition of the project with the national and as planned international character presented sculpture department of the [[Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana]], mentored by sculptur [[Roman Makše]]. The chance was given to 5 artists: [[Tina Grobovšek]], [[Meta Kos]], [[Matija Lapuh]], [[Matic Praznik]], and [[Valentina Štirn]].

Programme

Administrated by the LokalPatriot, Novo Mesto, the Simulaker showcases all forms of contemporary visual arts. In last two years the space featured more than 10 exhibitions annual. It pays strong attention to local artists especially of young generations. The space was inaugurated by the exhibition Transsubstanciacije of Uroš Weinberger, one of representatives of the newmedia painting, kind of the phenomena of the young generation of Slovene painters.
