Synaptic is a group of Ljubljana based producers, DJs and VJs, who promote, connect and collaborate in the field of heterogeneous underground electronic music and multimedia art. They also organise club events and festivals, and run a record label Synaptic Pathways.

From the year 1998 on Synaptic is exploring and representing electronic genres such as IDM, all kinds of techno and house, minimal, bass and other alternative electronic post-genres. They hosted prominent foreign artists from underground electronic scene, starting with Ben Frost, Shackleton, Pytzek, Mike Shannon, Moomin, Sutekh, Isolée, Akiko Kiyama and many more.

Most active current members of Synaptic are Symann, Zergon, Nitz, Freeverse, Lux and Splinterhouse who frequently perform on different events around Slovenia and abroad.
