draga Helena, dovolil sem si, da pri Zrakogledu popravim naslov (na novo spletno stran, ki sem jo naredil Gašperju, da bi ta prišla čim višje pri Googlovih zadedkih, ki se razvrščajo glede na reference drugih strani nanjo) in bi te rad o tem obvestil, ti pa bom seveda še pisal. lpd marec, 2016

Osveženi seznam člankov brez "robota"

Šel sem skozi seznam in izbral tiste članke, ki so se mi zdeli nujni. Pri tem sem gledal, da sem naprimer v primeru, ko sem izbral eno nagrado, nato poiskal vse nagrade (vsaj upam, da sem bil dosleden). povejte mi prosim, ali naj preštejem, koliko člankov je sedaj na spisku in v primeru, da jih še vedno ni 80, takoj odznačim še ostale ali pa lahko obdelam te in nato smiselno zaokrožim število (tako, da bodo obdelani članki, na katere se sklicujejo drugi oziroma se vsebinsko navezujejo) ali pa naj takoj odstranim robote še pri ostalih. Film lists

Če klikneš na horizontalni meni - FILM - in nato klikaš na posamezne liste (film education , film libraries, film producers, etc etc ... naj bi zdaj ti spiski vsebovali vse, ki so trenutno v imeniku, saj sem jih pravkar bazično pokategorizirala - PROSIM PREČEKIRAJ - če koga pogrešaš in ga je po tvoje nujno dodati ali izbrisati, jih naštej v predalu Discussion ob FILM - http://www.culture.si/en/Category_talk:Film, pa ga bomo de-kategorizirali (dali v depo) oz. predlagaš nov članek, redirect, etc.

Ti spiski bodo, ko odpremo portal, najbolj pod udarom ... po njih se bodo pasli, tako da je fino, da da protagonisti ne manjkajo! Zato jih zdaj urejamo, da bodo spiski kazali pravo sliko databaze. Ob nedokončanih člankih bo pripis - under construction. --Editor 11:38, 6 March 2010 (CET)

pardon, bom tudi to prečekiral, če je seveda še aktualno. res pardon, a jaz se nagonsko izogibam strani, kjer je preveč informacij na kupu ozirma na katerih se izgubim, ker sistema nisem postavljal sam. se bom poskusil poboljšat;)

art kino

Pmam predlog, da bi spremenili in poenotili angleški zapis termina art kino - možnosti so: Britanci imajo raje repertory cinema (včasih tudi revival house, a ta termin označuje prej dvorane, kakršnih pri nas ne poznamo - tiste, ki vrtijo stare art filme), medtem ko Američani govorijo o arthouse cinemas. by Denis

Hi Denis, sitting here with Alenka and Helena...we are researching your question. Do you have specific instances where this occurs and where you need to discuss the term? It's helpful to look at examples. Tenx.

I would say that repertory cinema and revival house are not the terms that accurately describe what we want to say with art kino. My first association with those terms is with old films, never with new (contemporary) films, though I think that the term arthouse cinema can encompass both.

I'm afraid that just "art cinema" could be confusing for let's say experts since it refers to a wider notion of art cinema in general (art film, art filmmakers - what concerns the last term: it is best to write it as one word or two?). That's why I broach this subject. Actualy I was rereading the Kino Metropol article and I found this sentence "After the opening of the first Celje multiplex cinema (here I changed the term cinema center with multiplex cinema - I hope it's OK) called Planet Tuš, the Metropol was converted into an art cinema theatre (as I recall here I changed "art cinema" with "art cinema theatre"). to shorten - it is not wrong but maybe it could be confusing.

yeah, I can see how it quickly gets confusing, with cinema being both a venue and an art form. In the Oxford History of World Cinema, they use art cinema (see the index – you have to be logged into an Amazon account to read their books online) http://www.amazon.com/Oxford-History-World-Cinema/dp/0198742428#reader_0198742428. I do think it is possible to use "cinema" as the ventue, without adding hall. Have a look at how I've changed Art kino Metropol Celje. Prioritetni seznam člankov: napiši do 1. februarja! + takrat tudi SESTANEK

Februarja moramo na Ministrstvu za kulturo predstaviti naš napredek ministrici in vsem svetovalcem na Direktoratu za umetnost. Prosim, pospeši pisanje člankov, saj sta za tabo v vrsti še lektorica in končna redakcija.

Urednici sta ti pripravili prioritetni seznam 20 člankov, ki jih moraš dokončati do ponedeljka, 1. februarja.

Request for Meeting

Hi Denis, With Helena and Alenka we spoke today about meeting with writers who have articles about festivals to set some common guidelines for their contents. It would be ideal to meet with Katja, Ičo and you all together to figure out what are the common approaches and what are specific to each field. Could you come at 13.30 on Tuesday, 9 Feb?

Between now and Tuesday, I will read whatever festival articles that you have finished and prepare some propositions for standardising them. Now that I've read about a few festivals from different fields I started to see what's maybe working and what's not.
