Slovenia's national public radio stations (Radio Slovenia, Radio Koper-Capodistria and Radio Maribor) and 33 commercial radio stations all participate and compete in the Slovene Radio Festival, which features submissions from each station of the 12 most frequently aired music composition and the 12 most popular songs. The Festival concludes with the Slovene Radio Festival Awards.
