Today House! fosters culturally and socially invigorating programmes, while its professional team works intensively on cooperation of the private, public and creative sector. Being an incubator of new ideas and young activists, it has developed the Polygon of knowledge for the European City of Youth Maribor 2013. It produces also street performances and interventions in public spaces (Vilin Klopčič), as the Living town programme aims at revitalization of sleepy streets of the city in co-operation with the local clubs, street theatre, and the residents.
One of notable activities is the Printmaking art centre, an on-going international workshop for printmaking art.
Rajzefiber office - an alternative tourist offer that is tailored to the individual and continuously discovers new curiosities of the town.
House! is part of the Actors of Urban Change the Robert Bosch Foundation. It is recognized as an innovative local community initiative (Award InLoCom 2013), they received two Challenge Future Summit 2013 awards in the category of social enterprises and the main prize of Maribor.
