History
This publication first appeared in 1990 as M'ZIN, Magazine of the Network for Metelkova squat, Ljubljana's independent arts centre. Initially published by ŠKUC Association, it was later taken over by the Emzin Cultural Institute.
Content
As thematic magazine, meaning that each issue covers a different topic, all articles published in the magazine are made exclusively for it. Themes ranging from Photography to Film; Internet; European Month of Culture; Advertising, Propaganda, Publicity; Trivial Art, Trash, Kitsch; Body; Graphic Design; Home; Love; Journey; Identity; Women; Death; Money; Pleasure; Communication; Work; Food; Values; Fear; Humour, Possession, Control, Intelligence, Contemporary Russia; Time and more.
