[[Dance Studio Intakt]] was established in 1987 by Matjaž Farič and Vesna Lavrač. Its aim is to promote contemporary dance. Slovene dancers and choreographers took their first dance lessons here. During the 1990s the programme became more specialised and focused on some selected dance techniques, particularly jazz and ethno. Dance Studio Intakt - studio for contemporary dance was established in 1987 by, among others, Matjaž Farič, Jasna Knez, and Vesna Lavrač. Its aim is to promote contemporary dance and offer quality contemporary dance education especially to the young. Numerous Slovene contemporary dancers have studied at the studio, which rounds up its regular dance programmes with an annual final production.
