Department of Design Library, Academy of Fine Arts and Design is a section of the Library of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design. It is one of the libraries of the University of Ljubljana and is specialised in literature about design, graphic design theory, history of design, contemporary design and related fields.

The Department of Design Library, Academy of Fine Arts and Design was established simultaneously with the Department of Design, Academy of Fine Arts and Design on Dolenjska Street in 1985. It had 7,000 units of library materials. It is equipped with classic card catalogues and terminals. Since 1994, data have been entered into the COBISS/OPAC System.
