Pandamonium is a small two-day festival that takes place annually on two non-sequent summer nights in Koper under the organisation of Panda Banda. It is carried out with a lot of do-it-yourself zest and voluntary contributions by the organising team and the audience. The first Pandamonium took place in the beginning of July in 2009 under the full moon on the main pier of Koper. The residents of Koper have not seen anything like it before, since Pandamonium's music is far from the typical evergreen music you can usually hear on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The pier has been occupied by worldwide hardcore punk musicians and audience, who have enjoyed the cacophonic sounds of hardcore, punk and metal subgenres. The festival usually ends with a jump into the sea by a few enthusiasts.
