Goga Bookshop, Novo mesto, 2013

Opened in 2000 by Goga Publishing House, this small place is located in the old part of the city of Novo mesto, and offers a quality selection of books and audio CDs by Goga and other publishers.

Goga Bookshop also hosts more than 100 events each year, mostly thematic literary evenings aimed at enriching the urban cultural life of Novo mesto and promoting a culture of reading. Several events and workshops are dedicated to children as readers, other are designed for elderly people. The bookstore also organises different music performances and interdisciplinary art events. Members of the Goga Book Club can buy books and audio CDs at discount prices or by paying in instalments.
