Today House! fosters culturally and socially invigorating programmes, while its professional team works intensively on cooperation of the private, public and creative sector. Being an incubator of new ideas and young activists, it has developed the Polygon of knowledge for the European City of Youth Maribor 2013. It produces also street performances and interventions in public spaces (Vilin Klopčič), as the ''Living town'' programme aims at revitalization of sleepy streets of the city in co-operation with the local clubs, street theatre, and the residents.

Society for people and spaces was set up in 2010, its first and still prominent initiative being the Living courtyards programme with its peak during the Maribor, European Capital of Culture 2012, and later in the scope of the summer Lent Festival. A year-round program, has brought to life abandoned semi-public spaces, the Maribor backyards in the city centre, giving an opportunity to artists to revive courtyards in collaboration with the local community. The project has won the best international collaboration prize at the BIO 50 (Biennial of Design (BIO).
