The library has branches in Hotiza, Bistrica, Črenšovci, Velika Polana, Turnišče, Kobilje, Odranci, Dolina, Dobrovnik, Gaberje, Genterovci and Petišovci. Its collection contains around 100,000 items, 40 per cent of which are in the Hungarian language. Around 1,000 books, 86 Slovene periodicals and 51 Hungarian periodicals are available in the 24-seat reading room. The library’s 3,400 registered readers borrow around 100,000 items each year. Events at the library and its branches are conducted in both the Slovene and Hungarian languages. |
