The Association of Ballet Artists of Slovenia confers the Lydia Wisiakova Prize to ballet practitioners and institutions for outstanding achievements in the art of ballet, including pedagogues and choreographers for their achievements in the popularisation of ballet as an art form. The award is named after the ballet dancer and choreographer Lydia Wisiakova (1906–1993).


Recent recipients of the award are Galina Čajka, Matjaž Marin, Katarina de Meneses, Evgenija Koškina, Maruša Vidmar, and the Slovene National Theatre (SNG) Maribor.
