Established in 2001, Nebo ('The Sky') has staged several successful plays. Especially popular was a production called The Story about France (2003), directed by comic author Andrej Štular, which presented the life and work of France Prešeren. In 2004 Andrej Štular and Nebo led puppetry workshops at the Sotočje Festival. Nebo Puppet Theatre regularly collaborates with other theatres, including Kranj Puppet Theatre.
