The annual training programme is organised by the Chamber of Publishing and Bookselling and takes place annually at the Slovene Book Fair in Ljubljana with the aim of promoting the importance of high-quality education in the field of publishing.

A series of international lectures deals with a range of topics, including the work of the European Booksellers' Federation, the issue of copyrights in the age of electronic publishing, the history of the book trade and publishing in Europe, etc. The topics under discussion were for instance: a cooperation between smaller publishers or e-books or print on demand.
