Apart from porting the licences and facilitating the users CC Slovenia is dealing with broader issues regarding the copyright legislation and its anomalies. It has been organising Festivals of Creativity and Free Culture and contributed to the public discussion on amending the copyright law in Slovenia.
Both Intellectual Property Institute and Ljudmila have been active in the international context through the Creative Commons International and Communia networks.
Culture.si offers information on Slovene cultural producers, venues, festivals and support services, all in one place. It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
