Programme
The Academy of Music now comprises Departments of Music Performance and Instruments (woodwinds, brass, strings, percussion, keyboard instruments), Conducting, Composition and Theory, Singing and Opera School, Church Music and Music Teacher Training.
International cooperation
The University of Ljubljana facilitates student exchange according to the programmes of CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme), Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, and bilateral agreements. The Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra regularly participates at Young Euro Classics, the international festival of the best European youth orchestras, organized in Germany.
