offers two-month residency between the 10th May and 10th July to contemporary artists, experienced in the public art projects with the preference of working interdisciplinary in the cross-section between visual art, design and architecture.
Artist of the residency is provided with free accommodation in the Air Celeia studio apartment and get the possibility of either presenting or exhibiting their work in the public spaces in the city of Celje. The Programme helps the artists with the stipend up to 600 Euro monthly depending on the application. The residents must fund all their living expenses and travelling costs.

It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
