An award of 5,000 EUR enables recipients to partake in a three-month residence in any CEI member state of the candidate's choice. Applicants should be young authors up to 35 years of age from non-EU CEI countries (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and Ukraine).
The call for applications is published on the CEI and Slovene Writers’ Association websites (deadline in April).
