Applicants should be young authors up to 35 years of age from non-EU CEI countries (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and Ukraine). The call for applications is published on the CEI and Slovene Writers’ Association websites.
