The collection contains all of Maleš's graphic work and a selection of his paintings and other materials. The painter's work is presented in occasional exhibitions and accompanying catalogues. A selection of works is displayed from different periods of the artist's life, techniques, and themes.

Between 2007 and 2009 in cooperation with Pilon Gallery and Maribor Art Gallery the gallery prepared a series of exhibitions exposing women artists who were creating between 1918 and 1945 in Slovenia. Painters and sculptors such as Henrika Šantel, the younger Avgusta Šantel, Helena Vurnik, Anica Sodnik Zupanec, Elda Piščanec, Mira Pregelj, and Bara Remec were presented. This exhibition was also featured in the galleris of project partners.
