Those from the invitations, catalogues and press clippings collected data have been digitised since 1989, using a special Razstava (Exhibition) software programme.
- The Documentation Department is compiling bio-bibliographies of 20th/21st century artists residing in Slovenia - since 1993 those data has been instantly accessible via the Umetnik (Artist) computer programme.
