Published since [[established::2015]], [[Outsider]] is an internationally minded quarterly magazine, primarily focused on 'spatial' culture. One could say by taking architectural and urban issues as a starting point, it then expands them with a myriad of their cultural, social and personal contexts. Though often addressing current issues, the magazine strives to produce content of a relatively more lasting value.

The magazine is published by XY; who is also releasing the [[Hiše Magazine]].

The magazine uses a variety of formats to present long-reads, photographic presentations, interviews, reviews and reflections. Alongside the physical editions (which have a strong tenancy for experiment, trying out, for example, different types of print and paper), Outsider naturally also runs a website, where a selection of these articles is freely available and adapted to the web environment, with some of the content produced exclusively for the web. An example is a weekly 'soap opera' of illustrated short stories, or a response to current events.
