The character of the publication is both international and interdisciplinary, covering themes from the field of ethnology, philology, history, archaeology, religious studies, history of literature, and philosophy.
Since 2004 the journal publishes book series Studia Mythologica Slavica – Supplementa. So far, three monographies were published: Mordovian Mythology (Devyatkina), Pioneers of Jewish ethnography and folklore studies in Eastern Europe (Bar-Itzhak) and Mirila/A Cultural Phenomenon (Pleterski, et al.).
Culture.si offers information on Slovene cultural producers, venues, festivals and support services, all in one place. It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
