Studio AKKA, established in 2006 by Ana Kučan and Luka Javornik, specialises in landscape and urban design for public clients. Its projects involve various urban public environments (Ledina kindergarten in Ljubljana, Harbour Street Park in Koper, the new Ljubljana stadium ...). In 2009 it won the 1st prize ex aequo for the landscape architecture of the Nordic Ski Centre in Planica.

Together with Studiobotas, AKKA Studio will present Slovenia at the 12th Architecture Biennial in Venice with the All Shades of Green project produced by the City Museum and Galleries of Ljubljana featuring the urban space as a playground, a mediator for its inhabitants.
