The university has six faculties: Faculty of Education; Faculty of Humanities; Faculty of Management, Faculty of Mathematics, Sciences and Information Technologies which are all housed in Koper, while the Faculty of Tourism Studies called Turistica is located in Portorož and the College of Health Care in Izola.
