The current permanent displays include several sections, among them also Sssh! Maribor 1941-1945, Maribor is free, and A Monument to Maribor's Industry – Industrial Maribor in 20th Century. Since May 2012 the museum manages also the Museum of Photography in Maribor.
The are the Pohorje Partisan Exhibition and the Zidanšek Pohorje Brigade Exhibition.
