The Slovenian Cultural Centre in Berlin at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia, together with the Slovene Arts & Culture Residency programme by the Ministry of Culture is a backbone of a vivid and intense cultural cooperation between the two states.

Very often Slovene artists and producers feature on cultural events in Germany. (Check the database or explore the map.)

Slovene artists and producers regularly participate at established festivals in Germany. In 2007, Gregor Podnar Gallery opened a new gallery space in Berlin.

Quite a few partnerships have lasted for years.
