Besides being located in the centre of Ljubljana's cultural happenings, the hostel itself is also a venue for various cultural events: a jam session by Slovene and foreign musicians takes place every Tuesday, and a literary event or concert on Friday. Concerts are organised either indoor or at its summer garden, where each start of June, the Godibodi Festival also takes place.
Celica Hostel's a small exhibition space, Srečišče ("Meeting Point") Gallery, hosts monthly art exhibitions featuring work by both established and emerging artists. Most of Celica's events and exhibitions are organised by KUD Sestava, though some other institutions also tend to set up their programmes there.
