In the beginning, the programme of the Kresija Gallery focused mostly on architecture and design exhibitions, soon it started to also present visual art works of Slovene authors. Solo or group exhibitions are mainly municipal projects or projects resulting in cooperation between the City of Ljubljana and other national and international cities. As a rule, exhibitions here are opened by the mayor of Ljubljana.
In 2010 young Slovene writer and visual artist Eva Petrič presented her emotional incubator Gr@y Matter, a work consisting of an exhibition of black-white photography depicting shadows and the action entitled the Emotion of the Day, appearing during the show in the Delo Newspaper.
Culture.si offers information on Slovene cultural producers, venues, festivals and support services, all in one place. It encourages international cultural exchange in the fields of arts, culture and heritage. The portal and its content is owned and funded by the Ministry of Culture, funded by the European Union Recovery and Resilience Plan and developed by Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory.
