Programme
The university organises 33 undergraduate and 26 postgraduate study programmes in 6 faculties, which comprise the following: the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Management, and the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies (situated in Koper); as well as the Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica in Porotorž and the Faculty of Health Sciences and Livade University Campus in Izola.
Research is carried out by the Science and Research Centre of Koper (UP SRC).
International cooperation
The University of Primorska is a member of several international networks: the Mediterranean Universities Network for Sustainable Development (SD), which focuses on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD); the European Universities Association (EUA); the Mediterranean Universities Union (UNIMED); the Rectors' Conference of the Universities of the Alps Adriatic Region (AARC); and the Slovenian Rectors' Conference.
