The [[Union of Primorska Music Schools]] was originally established in [[established::1964]] as the Association of Music Teachers of the Koper Region, with the aim of organising regular meetings of pupils, professors and instructors from elementary and secondary music schools in the Primorska region. They had released a score collection ''Trobila'' which consists compositions for solo brass instruments and chamber groups.
